just wanted to let you know that i know the quality is definitely not the same as Chanel, wet n' wild has a color almost identical to Vernis in 461 Blue Satin. it's actually called midnight blue at a fraction of the price!! it's available at CVS, Walgreens, even your local supermarket! basically it's available wherever they carry the wet n' wild line.
We must all hang out again soon! =P

Your first paragraph is so spot-on! I have yet to indulge in a spa treatment or a salon-style haircut because the numbers are crazy!
